Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed on this website. By placing an order you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are at least 16 years old.
Prices are in Nepali rupees and include VAT. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll contact you before processing the order.
Your order is confirmed when we send a confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll refund you in full.
Privacy
We collect the details you give us at checkout or when you contact us: your name, email, phone number and delivery address. We use them only to deliver your order, reply to you and, if you agree, send our newsletter.
We share your address and phone number with our courier for delivery. Payments are handled by eSewa, Khalti or our card provider; we never see or store your full card number.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@halden.store.
Cookies and storage
This site stores your bag, wishlist and sign-in state in your browser so they're there when you come back. We don't use advertising cookies.
