Delivery and returns
Everything you need to know about getting your order and sending something back.
Delivery
We deliver everywhere in Nepal. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are packed the same day. We don't deliver on Saturdays or public holidays.

The courier will call the number you give at checkout before delivering. If nobody is available, they'll try again the next working day.
Returns and exchanges
- Return or exchange unworn pieces, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are free, in store or by courier pickup.
How to return
- Message us on the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- Pack the pieces in their original bag. We'll send a courier to collect, or you can drop them at the store.
- Once the return reaches us, we'll refund you within 5 working days to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to eSewa or Khalti.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
